Neat Photo — a daily practice for photographers.

An AI-native mobile app for photographers who want to actually get better. Three shots daily, AI critique that teaches instead of scores, collectibles and streaks that turn practice into a loop you come back to.

I lead it end-to-end: positioning, design, specs, launch strategy, and AI-assisted prototyping across SwiftUI and Vertex AI. 2-person team, concept → App Store in 7 months.

How I operate.

01

Strategy up front.

Decide what the product is before picking features. Write the loop before the spec. Scope to what actually moves the needle.

02

Systems that last.

Game systems and live ops taught me durability. Build feature frameworks once, tune forever — not a stack of one-shots.

03

AI as leverage.

I use AI to move faster — prototyping, specs, content, even production code. Design decisions and product judgment stay human.
